The S Fagerlind Co was founded in 1999.

Prior to that Steve Fagerlind had spent 23yrs taking some of the highest quality golf courses in NE Iowa. Most recently Beaver Hills Country in Cedar Falls (1988-1999), along with building and opening of Centennial Oaks Golf Club in Waverly (1999-2003). He and his two brothers have all chosen to follow in their father's footsteps in caring for golf courses.

Since leaving golf, his lawn care business has grown beyond all projections. Thanks be to God as he has bless this business as it is "Caring for God's Creation".
