For the 2008 season the S Fagerlind Co is looking to hire people to become business partners in the following areas:

* Mowing Crew Leaders

* Fertilizer / Spray Technicians

* Gardening / Landscaping

We are looking for hardworking, self motivated, and passionate individuals to train and manage a route or area of work. These individuals may have an opportunity buy out that route or area of work in 1-2 years, and eventually become a 80/20 partner over time. This would require a combination of capital investment and sweat equity.

Starting pay for the S Fagerlind Co is between $10 - $15 per hour depending on the position and level of experience the apllicant brings to the company.
